A 19-year-old Chagrin Falls man was killed in a car accident early Sunday morning and the Ohio State Highway Patrol said alcohol was a factor, as the crash remains under investigation. However, by 6:30 a.m., the state patrol thought they had found the vehicle from the hit-skip accident, according to a Nov. 12 Geauga County Sheriffs Office incident report. Authorities identified one of the fatally injured victims as Vonda R. Harris, age 57, of Cleveland.
